The service
Private Wishlist, at private-wishlist.com, lets you keep a gift list and share it with one private link. These terms cover the site and the accounts on it.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to make an account. The person who opens a gift link does not need an account.
Your list
You choose what goes on the list. Anyone with the link can see it, so don’t put a home address, a phone number, or anything you wouldn’t hand to a stranger. You can pause sharing by not sending the link. We can pause or remove a list that breaks the law or these terms.
Money
Gifts are paid on Cash App, from the giver to the Cash App name you put on your list. Private Wishlist does not take the payment, hold the money, or issue refunds. Cash App’s own terms cover that payment. If you accept a gift, you are the one who buys it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can sign in with Google, X, or email. You’re responsible for what is posted from your account.
The site itself
The site is provided as it is. We may change or stop it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
